Airport Shuttle & Taxis

The Concierge Team can assist with all your private transportation needs. Taxis are available at our main entrance and ride share pickups can be secured at our main entrance for hotel guests or Parking level P1 for our dedicated Ride Share area. Please feel free to visit us or contact us directly at conciergeservices@encorebostonharbor.com.


Alexa

As one of the amenities you may wish to enjoy during your stay at Encore, you guestroom comes equipped with Alexa, your voice-controlled personal assistant. You may ask Alexa any questions you may have about Encore and to adjust your room settings such as temperature, lights and drape controls.

Bell Desk

Check out

Checkout time is at 11 a.m. You may check out via your in-room TV, by calling the Front Desk at +1 (857) 770-4000, or by simply dropping your guestroom keys in the Express Checkout box located in Resort Registration.

Conference Space

Our state-of-the-art meeting spaces total 50,000 square feet, including a 37,000-square-foot ballroom, 10 customizable meeting spaces, an executive boardroom, a graceful promenade, all within an easily walkable space on our grand level. Our seasonal outdoor event space includes 21,000 square feet of waterfront lawns and gardens with a view of Boston Harbor. Contact us for a personal consultation. Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is located on the Spa level on the third floor which you can get to by pressing the spa button in the elevator. The fitness center opens: Monday 6 a.m.–12 p.m., Thursday 128 p.m., and Friday through Sunday 6 a.m.8 p.m. Private personal sessions are available by request and appointment. Housekeeping Services

Please call Encore Housekeeping at +1 (857) 770-4400 to request to have your room cleaned or for requests such as extra towels, pillows, blankets, soaps, lotions, etc.

Laundry Services

For same-day dry cleaning and laundry service, please press the Bell Services button for pickup before 9 a.m. Dry cleaning and laundry will be returned by 7 p.m. We also offer express service and will handle extraordinary needs as well as small mending repairs.

Lost and Found

Lost and Found is open daily from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. and may be reached at +1 (857) 770-4330. To report a lost item, click here.

Rideshare

If you plan on taking rideshare to Encore Boston Harbor, we now have two separate rideshare pick-up and drop-off locationsone for the casino and another for the hotel front drive. Click here for more information.

Room Bill

You can view your bill on your in-room TV, at the Front Desk kiosk or have a copy printed for you at the Front Desk. For more information, please call the Front Desk at +1 (857) 770-4000.

Smoking

There is a $500 deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in a designated non-smoking room. Smoking areas can be found outdoors. Cannabis products are prohibited in guest rooms and throughout the resort.

Telephone Charges

Local and domestic long distance calls are free as well as toll-free calls (800, 833, 844, 855, 866, 877 and 888 prefixes): Direct-Dialed Long-Distance and International Calls: All calls will be charged AT&T operator-assisted daytime rates.

WiFi

WiFi is free up to 7 MB per minute. Higher speed upgrade is available for $14.99 per device, per day. To log on, please provide your last name and room number.
